Visit our Gift Shop

Our Gift Shop, located near the reception desk, offers items connected to The Saint John’s Bible as well as ones created by local authors and artists. Work by Cathedral members includes stained glass by Bill Pommy, jewelry and prayer beads by Andrea Peterson, Cindy Davis’ series of books on women in the Bible, and CD’s of our wonderful Cathedral Choirs and Organists. Our inventory includes work on consignment as well as purchased from The Printery House (Conception Abbey in Missouri), Liturgical Press, Bethlehem Olive Wood Art, Bob Seiman’s Designs, and others.

The Cathedral Gift Shop and Bible Room will be open on Wednesdays 11:15am – 2:00pm, Sundays from 9:00am – 12:30pm, and by appointment (contact giftshop@stjohnsabq.org).

Please stop by to browse the Gift Shop and see the St. John’s Bible.

The St. John’s Bible took over twelve years to complete. The pages were done in a very traditional way on calfskin with quills and China black ink using a calligraphy style that Donald Jackson created. We have copy 87 of 299 of the Heritage version of the St. John’s Bible.
